His work spans classrooms, training halls, and school leadership forums, with a clear focus on strengthening the foundations of education rather than offering surface-level solutions.
Through years of direct engagement with teachers, students, and school leadership teams, Surya observed a recurring reality in Indian education: schools do not struggle due to lack of effort or intent, but due to the absence of trained, classroom-ready teachers and structured, continuous student development frameworks. While academic content is often delivered, students frequently lack confidence, communication skills, practical life readiness, and clarity about themselves and their future. This gap became the driving force behind the creation of ACCESS.
